Terms of Service

Terms governing the use of Gerush services
Aug 9, 2026

Effective date: August 9, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to Gerush, including our AI visibility checks, evidence reports, optimization workflows, monitoring, MCP integrations and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using Gerush, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Service and eligibility

Gerush measures how brands and websites appear in third-party AI answer engines and helps users plan and verify improvements. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and must provide accurate account information. If you use Gerush for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

AI engines, search providers and third-party websites operate independently from Gerush. Their answers, citations, availability and ranking methods may change. Gerush does not guarantee a particular ranking, mention, citation, traffic or revenue result.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must not:

  • access systems, reports or data without authorization;
  • test a website or process personal data without a lawful basis;
  • interfere with security, quotas or service operation;
  • use Gerush to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing material;
  • resell, scrape or redistribute the service without written permission;
  • represent AI-generated recommendations as independently verified facts.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the service, or when these Terms are materially breached.

4. Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of domains, prompts, files and other content you submit. You grant Gerush a limited right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use reports and output generated for your account. You remain responsible for reviewing output before publishing or implementing it, including technical changes, claims, community replies and legal or commercial content.

Gerush software, branding, interfaces and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Plans, payments and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as shown before checkout. Subscription plans automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided at checkout.

Creem acts as Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Creem. Creem processes payment details, calculates and collects applicable indirect taxes, and provides invoices. Gerush does not store your full payment-card number.

Prices and plan limits may change prospectively. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active subscription. Usage limits and credits do not carry over unless the applicable plan expressly says otherwise.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an active subscription through the subscription-management link in your Gerush account or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then unless the law or a refund decision requires otherwise.

Refund eligibility, duplicate charges, technical failures and legally required cooling-off rights are addressed in our Refund Policy. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund for time already used.

7. Privacy and service providers

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Gerush uses service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, AI processing, email and payments. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Gerush available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages and changes to third-party AI systems may interrupt or alter results. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption to paid users.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Gerush reports are informational and do not constitute legal, financial or guaranteed marketing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gerush disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Gerush’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Gerush during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination and data

You may stop using Gerush at any time. After termination or expiration, historical reports may remain available in read-only form according to the applicable plan and retention practices. You may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may retain records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.

11. Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of Gerush, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and updating the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, with additional notice where required by law.

Questions, billing requests and legal notices may be sent to support@gerush.com. We normally reply within 1–3 business days. See our Contact page for details.
